When you join the Triathlon Junkie Tri Club you run and train with what many would call the best running club in the Metroplex, The Arlington Striders.
Scheduled Club Runs
Sunday, 7:00 pm Easy Run These runs are good if you want to add more runs/miles to your week, or just can't make it to any of the evening group runs. We meet at the front parking lot in the park near both the bathrooms and the kids playground. Kenny Hallmen does a great job hosting this run for our club. He has basic looped course outside of the park of 2 to 6 miles and there is also a 1 mile loop in the park for shorter distances.

Monday, 7:00 pm Track Workout We do a warmup at 7:00 pm then at 7:30 pm we do core, drills, strides, and repeats or fartleks. Some may just run easy laps. Afterwards we all do an easy cooldown.
Location: Arlington High School Park Row Blvd Arlington, Texas
Bring your towel or mat for the core excerises, and water and/or sports drinks.
Tuesday, 7:00 pm Easy Run We do easy runs on the roads and around the nearby parks with people running distances from 2 to 10 miles.
As always there will be free bananas, sports drink and water after the runs at The Runner! So bring your folding chairs to sit, eat, drink and chat for a bit after your run.
Thursday, 7:00 pm Various Runs Usually this is a run to Lake Arlington and back or hills repeats.

Saturday, 7:00 am Easy Runs & Track Workouts
